Baji Log Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, Plain English

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the baji log platform at bajilog.app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use baji log's services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of baji log, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered users who have not yet made a deposit, and active players who place bets or participate in casino games. Using any baji log service — including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino games, slots, roulette and card games — constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Baji log reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account on baji log, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji log operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Any account where the holder is found to be under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, automated scripts and non-human actors may not register accounts on baji log.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an active baji log account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances potentially forfeited subject to investigation.

Baji log reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration approval does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to all platform features.

Your baji log account username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Baji log strongly recommends that you use a unique password that is not used on any other website or service, and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact baji log's support team immediately at support@bajilog.app. Baji log will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your own credentials.

Baji log will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, live chat or any other channel. Any communication requesting your baji log password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

All financial transactions on baji log are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Baji log supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

The minimum deposit on baji log is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. Baji log does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside baji log's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by baji log within the following timeframes: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 5 to 15 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — typically within 30 minutes; bank transfer IBFT — 2 to 4 hours during business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Baji log does not charge withdrawal fees on any method.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered user.
• Baji log reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are detailed in Section 5 below.
• Baji log reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a violation of these terms is suspected.

Baji log offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, refer-a-friend bonuses and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to your baji log account balance as bonus funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement means you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack and Teen Patti contribute 10%. Live dealer games contribute 10%. Roulette contributes 10%. Specific game contributions are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Baji log reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where abuse is suspected or detected.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a different expiry period.

Baji log offers sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino games, slots, roulette and card games. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general terms. In cases of conflict, the specific product rules take precedence.

Sports Betting:

• All bets on baji log are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, unless a pricing error is identified.
• Baji log reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to technical error, feed error or manifest pricing mistakes. Affected bets will be refunded at the original stake value.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Baji log does not guarantee continuous market availability during live matches — markets may be suspended without notice at baji log's discretion.
• Match abandonment rules: Cricket matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned. In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment stand.
• Baji log's decisions on bet settlement are final. Settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, PSL management, etc.).

Casino & Card Games:

• All casino games on baji log use certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live variants. Live dealer games use real cards and equipment operated by trained dealers.
• Technical malfunctions in RNG games void all affected game rounds. Stakes are refunded where a technical fault prevents a round from completing normally.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's confirmation of a result is final. Any dispute must be raised with support within 24 hours of the round in question, referencing the game round ID.

Baji log is committed to maintaining a fair, safe and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Cheating: Using software, hardware, third-party services or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform, other players or the house.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards or coordinate betting patterns in live dealer games.
• Arbitrage: Placing bets designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies across markets with the systematic intention of achieving a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Any pattern of betting designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity, including but not limited to low-risk hedge betting during wagering requirement completion.
• Money Laundering: Using baji log for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity. Baji log complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access, operate or place bets on your baji log account.
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for deposits made on baji log. Such action will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery proceedings where appropriate.

Baji log reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account in question may be suspended and withdrawal processing paused. Baji log will communicate the outcome of investigations to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Baji log takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all registered users at no cost and can be activated at any time from the account settings page.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Baji log will notify you when a pre-set session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and betting are suspended, but pending withdrawals are still processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your baji log account for a period of 6 months, 1 year or longer. Self-exclusions are irreversible during the chosen period even on direct player request.

Baji log will not market to players who have self-excluded. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a duplicate account will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited.

All content on the baji log platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, game interfaces, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the site, is the intellectual property of baji log or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji log platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any baji log content without prior written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works from baji log content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used by baji log.
• Use baji log's brand name, logo or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Baji log retains all rights not expressly granted under this licence. Unauthorised use of baji log's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji log and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the baji log platform.

Without limiting the above, baji log specifically accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or revenue arising from technical faults, platform downtime or market suspension.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies that affect bet settlement, including match abandonments, over reductions, player substitutions or result reversals.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside baji log's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, government actions or force majeure events.

Where baji log is found liable for any matter, liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Baji log collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the baji log Privacy Policy as it applies to your personal data.

In summary, baji log collects your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and betting activity for the purpose of account administration, payment processing, responsible gaming management, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance. Your data is not sold to third-party marketing organisations. Full details of how your data is handled, stored and your rights as a data subject are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Baji log may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required by law. All third-party data processors are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Baji log reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, cheating, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide identity or age verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Where continued account operation poses an AML, regulatory or reputational risk to baji log.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a terms violation or investigation, any real money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact baji log's support team at support@bajilog.app. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours of the request being confirmed.

Baji log may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — baji log will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: email to your registered address, an in-platform notification on your next login, or a prominently displayed notice on the baji log homepage.

Where changes are non-material (such as formatting corrections, clarifications or minor administrative updates), baji log may update the terms without formal notification, although the Last Updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the baji log platform following the notification of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using baji log and may close your account as described in Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which baji log operates its platform. By using baji log, you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies with oversight of baji log's operations for the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result or account decision, you should first contact baji log's customer support team at support@bajilog.app to attempt informal resolution. The support team aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be escalated to the relevant complaints procedure as defined by baji log's operating licence conditions. Baji log's decisions on matters of game integrity and account conduct are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and baji log with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
