Account — Registration & Login

Visit the Register page on baji log. Enter your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your email address and your date of birth. Choose a strong password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Register. You will receive a one-time verification code by SMS — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free. No registration fee, no hidden charges.

Yes, creating a baji log account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription and no account maintenance charge. You only spend money on baji log when you choose to make a deposit, and even then the minimum deposit is just Rs 200.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use baji log. This is a strict requirement, not a guideline. Baji log enforces active age verification and any account found to belong to an under-18 player will be closed immediately. If you are unsure whether this applies, please do not register. Baji log takes its responsibility to protect minors very seriously.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. Baji log will send a one-time reset code by SMS within 60 seconds. Follow the instructions in the SMS to set a new password. If you do not receive the SMS after two minutes, contact support@bajilog.app with your name and registered mobile number for manual assistance.

No. Each person may hold only one baji log account at any time. Duplicate accounts are against baji log's Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both may be suspended pending investigation. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact the support team — they will help you recover access without needing to open a new one.

No CNIC upload is required at the time of baji log registration. You provide your name and date of birth during sign-up and that is sufficient to open your account. Identity documents including your CNIC may be requested when you make your first large withdrawal, in line with standard anti-money laundering regulations. Baji log locks accounts automatically after several consecutive failed login attempts, as a security precaution. If this is the case, wait 15 minutes and try again with correct credentials. Accounts may also be temporarily suspended for pending identity verification, suspected duplicate account activity or responsible gaming requests. In any of these cases, contact support@bajilog.app for clarification and to resolve the issue quickly.

Deposits — Adding Funds to Your Account

Baji log accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. Full details are on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

The minimum deposit on baji log is Rs 200. This applies across all supported deposit methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and IBFT. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger routine identity verification checks in line with baji log's AML policy.

Baji log does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your account balance with no deduction. Note that your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — these are outside baji log's control. To avoid any third-party fees, Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers to baji log are typically fee-free for standard amounts.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically appear in your baji log account within 1–3 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers can take between 15 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support@bajilog.app with your transaction reference number.

First, check that the payment was completed successfully on your Easypaisa / JazzCash app or in your bank statement. If the payment shows as completed but has not appeared in baji log after 30 minutes, contact support@bajilog.app and include your registered mobile number, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used and the transaction reference or screenshot. The support team will trace the deposit and credit it manually if necessary — usually resolved within a few hours.

Withdrawals — Getting Your Winnings Out

Log in to your baji log account and go to the Deposit & Withdrawal section. Select Withdrawal, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process in under 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take between a few hours and one business day depending on your bank. The first withdrawal from an account may take slightly longer if identity verification is required. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process at normal speed.

The minimum withdrawal on baji log is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in stages or require identity verification documentation before release.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: incomplete identity verification, pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method used, or a technical issue on the payment gateway. In most cases the issue is resolved quickly once the underlying cause is identified.

Baji log does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is what arrives in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Your own bank or wallet provider may apply their own incoming transaction charges for certain transfer types, but baji log does not deduct anything from the withdrawal amount on its side.

Bonuses & Promotions

Your baji log welcome bonus is applied automatically on your first deposit — no promo code needed. The bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. If you deposit Rs 5,000, your account is credited with Rs 10,000. The bonus appears in your account balance within minutes of the deposit clearing. There is no manual step required and no time limit to trigger it after registration.

The baji log welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, if you receive Rs 5,000 in bonus funds, you need to place bets totalling Rs 100,000 before those funds can be withdrawn. Most slot games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement. Yes. Baji log bonus funds that have not been used within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your balance. Wagering progress toward the rollover requirement does not carry over to a new bonus if the current one expires. If a cricket match is abandoned, cancelled or reduced significantly due to rain or other factors before a result can be determined, baji log voids all affected bets and returns stakes in full to the players' accounts. For T20 and ODI matches, a Duckworth-Lewis result may be applied if sufficient overs have been completed — in which case bets are settled on the official DLS result. Log in to your baji log account and go to Account Settings. Find the Security section and toggle on two-factor authentication. Once enabled, every login from a new device will require a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. Baji log strongly recommends enabling 2FA as it provides significant protection against unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password" reset flow on the Login page. Then contact support@bajilog.app urgently with the subject line "Security Issue" — include your registered mobile number, the date and approximate time of the suspicious login, and any details you have noticed. The support team will investigate, freeze any unauthorised activity and help you secure your account. Enable 2FA once your account is recovered.

No. Baji log support staff will never ask for your password, full CNIC number or OTP code under any circumstances. If you receive any communication — by phone, email, SMS or social media — claiming to be from baji log and requesting your login credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Report it to support@bajilog.app immediately. Baji log communicates via its official domain email addresses only.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your baji log account and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming tab. Choose "Deposit Limits" and set your preferred daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour waiting period before the new higher limit activates. In your account settings under the Responsible Gaming tab, select "Self-Exclusion". Choose an exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year or indefinite. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period — not even by direct request to support.
